What's a good DSO?

Under 30 days is excellent for most small businesses. 30–45 is healthy. Anything above 60 usually signals a real collections gap — which is exactly where Syntharra pays for itself.

Does Syntharra work if my invoices aren't in QuickBooks?

Not today. We support QuickBooks Online as the invoice source. Xero and FreshBooks are on the roadmap. If you're on spreadsheets, the fastest path is to migrate to QBO first.

Is a customer phone number required?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we call, we don't email. Every customer you want us to contact needs a valid mobile number on file in QuickBooks. The quiz flags this as a prerequisite if it's missing.
