Jobber

Syntharra connects to Jobber via read-only OAuth and monitors your past-due invoices from completed jobs. When an invoice crosses 3 days past due, our voice agent calls the client — inside legal call windows, with TCPA disclosures hardcoded in the flow. We never modify your Jobber records. You handle the fieldwork; we handle the follow-up.

Questions

Does Syntharra write to Jobber?

No. We use a read-only OAuth scope. We can see your invoices, clients, and contact numbers, but we cannot create, modify, close, or delete anything in Jobber. Payment confirmation is captured through Stripe on our side.

Which Jobber plan do I need?

Any Jobber plan that includes invoicing. We pull invoice data and client contact info via the Jobber API — if your plan exposes that through Jobber's OAuth API, it works. If you're unsure, email support@syntharra.com and we'll check your specific plan.

How does Syntharra handle jobs with partial payments?

We watch invoice-level balance, not job status. If a Jobber invoice has an outstanding balance past 3 days overdue, it enters the call queue regardless of whether the associated job is open or closed.

What happens if I disconnect Jobber?

Revoking the OAuth token stops all future polling and call attempts within minutes. In-flight calls finish naturally. Recordings and transcripts are retained per our retention policy — see /compliance.

Do you charge for connecting Jobber?

No. Connecting Jobber is free. Our only fee is 10% of the recovered amount, collected on successful payment.
