Integration

Stripe

Syntharra uses Stripe Connect Express to onboard you as a connected account. When a customer settles a past-due invoice during or after our call, the payment flows directly into your Stripe balance. Our 10% success fee is captured as an application fee on that same charge — we never touch the principal, and we never hold client funds.

What you get

  • Stripe Connect Express onboarding — you sign up once during initial setup, Stripe handles KYC.
  • Payments from your customers settle directly to your Stripe balance. Your money, your account.
  • Our 10% success fee is collected as a Stripe application fee on each recovered charge. No invoicing from us.
  • Syntharra never holds client funds, never pools balances, never wires money on your behalf.
  • Card and ACH supported (via Stripe). Payment links can be sent mid-call or after for the customer to complete.
  • Disconnect your Stripe account any time; previously-captured fees remain, future captures stop immediately.

Questions

Does Syntharra hold my money?

No. Ever. Customer payments settle directly into your Stripe account. Our 10% success fee is captured as a Stripe application fee on the same charge — Stripe routes the split automatically. We have no custodial access to your funds.

What's the Stripe Connect onboarding like?

Stripe Connect Express collects the standard KYC information Stripe requires for any merchant account: business name, tax ID, bank account. Most businesses finish in under ten minutes. You won't see a second Stripe dashboard — the Connect account lives under your main Stripe org.

How is the 10% fee collected?

On every recovered payment, Stripe splits the charge: 90% to your balance, 10% as an application fee to Syntharra. You'll see it as a line item in your Stripe dashboard on that transaction. No separate invoice from us, no monthly debit.

Can customers pay by ACH, not just card?

Yes — via Stripe's ACH support. During a call, our voice agent can text or email a Stripe payment link so the customer completes payment using whatever method Stripe offers in your region (card, ACH, bank debit).

What happens if I disconnect Stripe?

Future recovered payments can no longer be captured, so the system will pause new calls for that client until Stripe is reconnected. Previously-captured fees and payouts are unaffected. Disconnecting does not retroactively reverse anything.

Ready to wire it up?

Connect your accounting system first — Stripe is added automatically as step 2 in the same flow. No monthly charge — 10% of the recovered amount, only when we recover.
